Lively Languages mini-matching cards are a interactive and communicative alternative to 'traditional' drilling activities, and really do help to create a lively language learning environment.

This Halloween-themed set features 99 high-frequency verbs in German & English in the infinitive form, perfect for pair work and just right for vocabulary-building, reinforcing and refreshing, as well as reading, speaking and pronunciation practice.

Please note that these are the same 99 high-frequency verbs that feature in my ‘Mini-matching cards for Word Work, Sammlung Eins’ . 

There's a reference list of all 99 verbs in the pdf file - I've classed this as a resource for Grades 10-12, but it really does depend on the age at which your students begin their German learning.

The resource comprises two files: the matching cards pdf and a Halloween-themed editable PPT you can use to present the verbs to your classes, with both German to English and English to German slides – they are in a ‘game play’ format, ready to play whole-group team games.
