This file contains resources for introducing the concept of Earths rotation around the Sun and the resulting consequence of seasons. These resources would be suitable for learning centres, Montessori classroom or other student-led learning environment. The file contains: - two diagrams (one labelled and one unlabelled) of the Earth's movement around the Sun
- information cards (which could be left as cards or made into a booklet) about each of the four main points of the Earth's journey (solstices, equinoxes) as well a section on the tropics and on Noongar seasons.
- 12 task/activity cards that can be used for extensions or assessments
