This resource promotes students' ability to produce clear and coherent non fiction writing, and to integrate information gathered from different sources. It is based on the discovery of a 5,000 year old corpse in the Otzal Alps in 1991. By considering the available scientific and forensic evidence, students investigate how 'The Iceman' lived, when he died and the circumstances of his death.
