This activity requires preparation of a Connect Four Board Game. To prepare for the game, purchase a Connect Four (or similar) board game. Write various digits between 0-9 on each of the counters.
Connect Four Mental Maths/ Place Value Game/ Activity- Mental Addition
This fun game uses a Connect Four board to help students practise their mental maths. This game involves students filling the game board, whilst mentally computating what their total points are.
The winner is then decided based on who has the highest amount of points, including bonus points for using mental addition strategies.
Perfect for any maths rotation activity!
