*NOTE*
This activity requires preparation of a Connect Four Board Game. To prepare for the game, purchase a Connect Four (or similar) board game. Write various digits between 0-9 on each of the counters.
Connect Four Mental Maths/ Place Value Game/ Activity- Make a Number
This fun game uses a Connect Four board to help students practise their mental maths. This game involves students filling the game board, then creating numbers based on their colour counters in the game board.
The winner is then decided based on who has the largest number.
As an extension activity, the winner can be the person who has the largest total by adding the numbers together.
Perfect for any maths rotation activity!
