Students explore the three gases: oxygen, carbon dioxide and hydrogen.
Students read and complete questions based upon the reading.
The explore properties, laboratory preparation and testing of each gas.
Students also write chemical equation.
There is a big crossword at the back based upon the terminology for early finishers. (key terms highlighted in the text)
I have used this in class as a relief lesson with great effect.
