This resource contains four activities for Music Classes. The students will listen to and perform Salsa and Calypso Rhythms, improvise a melody using a Pentatonic Scale over the top and then create a group composition using all of these skills. They will also write about their experience via the Travel Diary. Great series of activities. You will need to have your own copy of a Salsa and a Calypso recording.
