Pre-algebra skills for the mathematically minded! From Here To There offers students a chance to practise their pre-algebra skills in a fun but practical way. The activities covered include - using ‘+’ and ‘-’ within 2 and 3 number operations,
- using 2, 3, 5 10 and 11 times tables knowledge in conjunction with addition and subtraction
- identifying number combinations and relationships,
- becoming familiar and using combinations up to 20 using the four number processes,
- extension built into the sheets to help cater for multi-level grouping within class.
The activities can be used for homework assignments, independent work or as extra practice in class.
