Something totally different for Thanksgiving. Help the students create a festive dinner table for all - Thanksgiving placemats.
Created on 81/2 x 14 paper.
Includes a total of 6 different placemat templates needed to create this craft. All you have to do is photocopy. The templates are all different and can be used for different grades / levels / skills - some contain space for drawing, writing, an acrostic poem, etc. Also, I have included the back of the placemat if you want to kick things up a notch. It contains a word search and a simple writing activity and game.
I have made sure there is something there for everyone to enjoy! Students can create just one for themselves, or take them home and decorate one for everyone! Can laminate them and keep them forever.
Requires: Paper and coloring pencils.
Students will cherish this placemat for years because I'm sure they have never made their own placemat before!
