The designs are hand drawn by myself and all work in this package is my original work.
When I teach a new letter each week, I do at least one cut and paste activity that relates directly to my letter of the week. Each week, I design a new art for the new letter we are learning.
The activities in this package are designed to be used when teaching the letter W
You will receive:
1 art template for a walrus craft
I use these as a CUT and PASTE activity in my literacy centers BUT you can use these template as models with construction paper or using 3D objects such as having the pieces pre-cut and getting students to assemble them together like an art puzzle.
Note: This is a structured art- Students color,cut and paste together. This is used to reinforce the letter W and creativity in this art is in the actual coloring and decorating of the pieces. This tool promotes fine motor skills such as cutting as well as letter identification and beginning sound for Ww.
This tool contains the art template itself with instructions and a picture of the completed art project.
