This package contains an art template for letter Q that can be used when teaching the letter Q There are two different templates in this package: q is for queen (lowercase) and Q is for Quilt (Uppercase)

When I teach a new letter each week, I do at least one cut and paste activity that relates directly to my letter of the week. Each week, I design a new art for the new letter we are learning.
The activities in this package are designed to be used when teaching the letter Q
You will receive:
1 ART TEMPLATE FOR "q is for queen"
1 ART TEMPLATE FOR "Q is for Quilt" that can be done in two different ways
THE Q-QUILT ART IS DESIGNED TO BE A PUZZLE LIKE ART- Students first color/decorate the pieces and then cut and matchand glue the pieces to another template. It is adaptable for the teacher to pre-cut the pieces and have younger students just match them and glue like a jigsaw puzzle.
I use these as a CUT and PASTE activity in my literacy centers BUT you can use these template as models with construction paper or using 3D objects (shredded paper, tissue, sparkles).
This tool contains the art templates themselves and pictures of the completed art projects with suggestions.
