This package offers interactive activities to help students learn about insect life cycles. This package offers 4 art activities and several follow up worksheets to help students learn about the
butterfly, bee and ladybug life cycles. THIS PACKAGE OFFERS
1. MY PET BUTTERFLY ART- open ended creative activity- students color or make a butterfly using art materials- The butterfly gets placed in a jar with a relevant checklist worksheet
2. LIFE CYCLE OF A BUTTERFLY- lapbook art- Students create a postcard type activity where the butterfly opens and the life cycle can be viewed inside
3. LIFE CYCLE OF A LADYBUG- Students use a ladybug template to create a ladybug life cycle spinning wheel
4. LIFE CYCLE OF A BEE- There are two samples for this hexagon book- students either draw, write and color the stages OR students use an existing template where the pictures are already there to color and put together (this is differentiated for younger students)
5. There are 6 worksheets for life cycle cut and paste for extensions.
