Position in Space perception is the ability to identify the position of any given visual stimulus in relation to oneself.
In the “Same Direction Symbols” worksheets, the student must analyze the position of the symbol at the beginning of each row in relation to their own body. In so doing, the student will be able to identify the same symbol (symbol in the same position) among the potential answers.
Figure Ground
Figure Ground perception is the ability to screen out any irrelevant visual material when presented with a lot of visual information at one time (to locate the important stimulus without getting confused by the background or surrounding images). This skill is key for good attention and concentration.
